A Decent Stay with a Few Issues
helpful staff arcade games limited food poor connection
The staff were helpful . My kids enjoyed the arcade and its various games. The swimming pool was a highlight for the entire family. It was well-kept. We also appreciated the animals being kept in air-conditioned rooms. This made exploring more comfortable.
I found that there were limited food options available at the hotel. The Internet connection was poor. It was difficult to stay connected.

A mixed experience at the Resort
giraffe enclosure good room missing towels limited restaurants
The room size was good. A view into the Giraffe enclosure was nice. The overall experience for the kids was great and they enjoyed the animals.
No towels were provided in the room. Restaurants had limited opening times, and was closed early in the morning. This made finding breakfast difficult.

the hotel is located right next to the zoo and that was fascinating. i loved that the rooms were very spacious. the staff changed towels daily, which i appreciated. the location is convenient since it is a short drive from the airport and yas island.
