A mixed experience at the Resort
giraffe enclosuregood roommissing towelslimited restaurants
The room size was good. A view into the Giraffe enclosure was nice. The overall experience for the kids was great and they enjoyed the animals.
No towels were provided in the room. Restaurants had limited opening times, and was closed early in the morning. This made finding breakfast difficult.

the premium giraffe arena chalet provided an very nice experience. the animals were very close to the window. i appreciated waking up to giraffes just outside.
the gym had limited equipment.

I loved my waterfall one bedroom suite. the rooms were really huge. the staff were very polite and helpful. I was assisted with everything i needed.
the chalet room was a little walking distance to the pool though!

the zoo access was a real perk i could see the animals whenever i wanted. the room was spacious and well kept it had everything i needed for a short stay
the breakfast buffet was quite expensive and the food quality did not quite match the price. the pool area was sometimes crowded it made it a bit difficult to relax completely

the hotel is located right next to the zoo and that was fascinating. i loved that the rooms were very spacious. the staff changed towels daily, which i appreciated. the location is convenient since it is a short drive from the airport and yas island.
i did notice the wifi signal was a bit weak at times.

the restaurant had various food options. the taste of the food was very delicious too. i found something that pleased my palate. it was a treat after a long day at the zoo.

the front desk team was kind. they were very helpful. i arrived late and got a room upgrade, that was awesome. the staff was also understanding of my late flight and allowed a late check-out.
